OUR STORY

Passion for food runs in the family.

I grew up in a family where home-cooked, good food has always mattered. My parents love to cook, and some of my earliest lessons in the kitchen came from cooking alongside my father. That appreciation for food, curiosity, and taking the time to make something well has stayed with me ever since. Food has always been more than just nutrition, it’s tradition, family, and a way of bringing people together.

I’ve never been much for amusement parks and thrill rides, but give me a good grocery store, fresh produce, and time to wander the aisles thinking about what I could make, and I’m perfectly entertained. Seeing ingredients and imagining what they could become is a big part of why I’ve always loved cooking.

DISCOVERY

Bone broth made sense. The taste didn’t.

I first came across bone broth almost by accident while researching health and nutrition. Curiosity took over, and I soon found myself going down a rabbit hole learning what it was, how it was made, and the science behind it. The more I learned, the more I wondered why more people weren’t talking about it.

I started trying the bone broths I could find, but I kept running into the same problem: I liked what they were supposed to be, but I didn’t enjoy drinking them. So I decided to make my own.

REFINEMENT

One batch became many.

I kept making batch after batch, changing ingredients, ratios, and timing until the broth tasted the way I wanted it to. The goal was simple: deep, satisfying flavor without relying on salt, preservatives, or unnecessary additives.

Somewhere along the way, friends and family started trying it. Then they started asking for more. That was the point when it began to feel like more than something I was making for myself.
